Journey into stillness and healing through long, supported poses that release tension and quiet the mind.
This class combines Restorative and Yin Yoga, allowing your body to fully relax and rejuvenate while balancing your mood and nervous system.
Gentle and suitable for all levels — including pregnancy — this practice nourishes deep rest, repair, and wellbeing.
🌬 About Breathwork & Meditation
In yoga, the breath is the bridge between body and spirit. Through guided pranayama (breathwork) and Hatha Tantra meditation, you’ll learn simple yet powerful ways to restore calm, focus, and clarity.
The session includes Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation where you simply rest and journey through awareness.
Twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra is said to equal two hours of sleep — the perfect antidote to modern life.
