Private Sessions


Empower yourself with natural, healing tools for life with tailored one-to-one private yoga, meditation, ceremonial cacao and Ayurveda wellness sessions.

A private session allows you to set specific and personal goals – whether that’s mobility, mindfulness, stress or pain relief, alignment, balance, or tapping into the deeper wisdom and liberating tools offered by the ancient practice of yoga and meditation. I have worked with many clients over the last 5+ years, all who simply wanting to feel better in their body and mind and live their best life.No prior experience is required and I adjust our sessions (in person or virtually over Zoom) to fit where you are at. If you choose to book for a three week package, your sessions will be highly tailored and guided by a pre-assessment with takeaways from the yogic tradition to keep your practice alive. If you visit me at my home studio you will be invited to enjoy an organic tea or cup of ceremonial cacao – by the log fire for the colder months or on the lawn or hammock in the warmer months.

I am a certified advanced Level 2 Yoga Teacher in Hatha Tantra Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yin Therapy, Mindfulness, Vinyasa Krama, Anatomy and Modern Movement/Biomechanics, Vedic Philosophy, Yoga Sutras, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation, Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

I’m also a certified cermonial cacao facilitator, inducted into Reiki level 1, and trained in Kids Yoga Therapy. 

My teachings are informed by modern movement and biomechanics practices, as well as the wisdom originating from the great ancient sages of the East. Particularly Vedic philosophy, Tantric Hatha, and Ayurveda, natural scientific systems for living that has enriched my life over the last decade, and which I feel compelled to share with you.

1:1 coaching programme

Learn healthy 'yogi' habits to enhance your practice off the mat and in your life. Discover 5,000 year old Vedic philosophy and Ayurveda (sister-science of yoga) diet and lifestyle rituals to access more energy, joy, and purpose. Time comittment: 1 x hour per week x 3 weeks (1:1 consultation) + time to self-integrate to create new healthy and positive habits.

A private (or group) therepetuic Yin Yoga practice to release stored tension from the body-mind and allow the healthy flow of Qi (prana or energy) to flow. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory Yin addresses the connective tissue, which reduces pain and stiffness, improves body posture, strength and endurance and creates elegance, harmony, greater mobility, and health physically and mentally. The 1:1 package includes a pre-assessment, tailored sessions, and a home practice set up - at your space or Yoga Spirit home studio. Group to supply venue/space.

A Hatha, Vinyasa Flow or Restorative yoga class to meet you where you are at. Natural medicine for your body, mind, and soul. This is a session that will call you back to the beauty of yourself and ignite a new love for the practice. 3-week package includes a pre-assessment, tailored sessions, 3 x 90 mins 1:1's, and personalised take-home practices. Cup of tea or cacao offered when visting my home studio. Group to supply session space/venue.


Group 90 mins $200 (2-10 max)

Bring your friends or family together for a traditional sacred cacao ceremony. Medicinal cacao enhances our receptivity to the magic held within - she is a soft yet powerful plant-teacher soothes the soul and opens the energetic field of the heart and this is magnified when done in community. Among the multitude of healthy bioactive compounds, this superfood can provide heightened awareness, focus and intensified sensations, making it the perfect exlir to prime the body, mind, and for yoga and meditation - this package allows you to tailor the practice/s to suit, collaborate with Simone to design what suits you. Venue supplied or additional rental for space rented.

Traditional pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, and meditation techniques, including mantra, mudra, visualisation and Yoga Nidra to create homeostatis in the nervous system, access your still centre, and tap into your divine light of awareness.



Group package 90 mins x 3 $150 (2-10 max)

Calm your nervous system and restore balance with the heart-warming goodness of medicinal plant-based ceremonial cacao, Restorative or Yin Yoga, breath work, and meditation practices – all brought together in this group package to support a return to wholeness. Learn how to commune with cacao as a daily ritual for healing and soothing and access deeper levels of creativity, wellbeing, and peace with restorative poses, meditation and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
