A highly nourishing, therapeutic 75-minute practice, based on traditional Chinese Medicine and anatomical maps of the myo-fascia meridians, this is a class that will help you to slow down, tune in, and let go of deep seated tension in the body, breath, and mind. Passive and gentle, this class is ideal for those wanting to find more peace and harmony within. Please note your 10 x class expires after 10 weeks and your 5 x class pass after five weeks from your first class – it may be used for Vinyasa Flow classes Friday morning).
