YOGA + MINDFULNESS

Simone Grant is a certified yoga teacher for both adults and children and is based in Whanganui. She offers 20-60 minute yoga and mindfulness classes that help children to cultivate more inner-calm and peace, express and integrate feelings and regulate their nervous system.
Classes are themed and can be designed around specific goals (for private requests such as school or group values, ie; kindness, no-stress, nature/spring, super hero power, world around us/cultures).
The chosen theme will be thread through fun movement, mindfulness, breathing and social-emotional techniques that the children can use to cope with the up’s and down’s of every day life – making shapes is only one aspect of each class!
