Whanganui Yoga Centre class passes welcomed.
This gentle Vinyasa flow class invites you to move mindfully through a sequence of asanas (poses), linking breath with movement to cultivate balance, awareness, and inner calm. Moving with mindfulness, you’ll deepen your connection to body and mind while safely exploring the foundations of yoga.
You’ll be guided through an accessible sequence, with props, clear cueing, and modifications available so you can move confidently and at your own pace. Every class closes with guided meditation in savasana (corpse pose), allowing you to fully restore, reset, and leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and re-energised.

Simone is a certified Level 2 Yoga Teacher with advanced training in Yin Yoga. With warmth, care, and experience, she offers modifications and support to meet you exactly where you are. You’ll be held in a safe, welcoming space to explore yoga’s natural, harmonising effects on both body and mind.

Please register and pre-pay using the ‘REGISTER’ button above. You are also welcome to pay cash or use internet banking on the night – but please advise in advance you wish to book.
If you hold a Whanganui Yoga Centre class pass, you are welcome to use this for this class. Simply select ‘WYC class pass $0’ when registering, and click your pass manually upon arrival.
All equipment is provided. You are welcome to BYO.
This class is held at The Whanganui Yoga Centre, Level 3, 76 Guyton Street. Take the lift or stairs.

PUBLIC CLASSES
Classes are open to all levels. Modifications, props and gentle hands-on assisting will be given to meet you where you’re at when in studio. All equipment is provided, you are welcome to BYO.

ARRIVING
Whanganui Yoga Centre is on level three at 76 Guyton Street. A waiting area with hot drinks is available. The yoga room doors will open five-10 minutes before class. No mobile phones on and please respect your fellow yogi's by keeping noise to a minimum.
