RETURNING TO STILLNESS
A Yoga & Sound Journey with Simone Grant & Anatman
A little space to stop.
To breathe.
To soften.
To listen.
And to remember the stillness that is already within you.
Join Yoga Spirit’s Simone Grant and visiting Argentinian sound artist Anatman for a one-off afternoon immersion into the quieter layers of body, mind and being.
Blending gentle yoga, breath, Yoga Nidra and an immersive live sound journey, this experience is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and return to yourself.
No experience is necessary. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to get to.
Simply arrive as you are.
THE JOURNEY
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a gentle settling-in ritual before moving slowly into the body.
Simone will guide you through a small sequence of accessible yoga movements, mindful breathing and gentle stretches designed to release physical holding and prepare you to become increasingly still.
From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra — the yogic practice of deep rest.
Lying comfortably in Savasana, you’ll be invited to turn your awareness inward through a guided meditation that moves through the body, breath and subtle layers of awareness.
Yoga Nidra asks very little of you.
You don’t need to stretch, balance, perform or concentrate perfectly.
Instead, you’re invited to listen, receive and rest.
As the body becomes quieter, Gonzalo’s sound journey will begin to weave through the practice.
THE SOUND JOURNEY
Anatman is an Argentinian sound artist, producer, audio engineer, yogi and artisan whose work brings together more than 20 years of experience in music with a deep personal exploration of meditation and Buddhist philosophy.
His sound practice moves beyond a conventional sound bath.
Electronic textures and personally recorded sounds from nature are woven together with live traditional instruments, including instruments handcrafted by Anatman through his own instrument-making practice, Samadhi Instruments.
The result is an intimate and immersive soundscape — organic, textural and alive.
Rather than listening for something specific, you’re invited simply to listen.
To notice.
To soften your attention.
To allow sound to become another doorway into meditation and stillness.
You may experience moments of deep relaxation, spaciousness, emotion, imagery or simply quiet.
There is no right experience.
Just your experience.
RETURNING TO STILLNESS
As the sound gradually dissolves into silence, we’ll leave space for integration.
You may remain lying down, sit quietly, journal, reflect or simply enjoy the feeling of being still. A organic cup of herbal tea will be on as a ritual to cemet the experience carry the stillness with you as you return to life.
ABOUT SIMONE
Simone Grant is the founder of Yoga Spirit and an experienced Level 2 yoga and meditation teacher, space holder and ceremonial cacao facilitator.
Over the past decade, Simone has studied and practised across a broad spectrum of yoga and wellbeing traditions, including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Tantra, Yin Yoga and Meridians, Mindfulness, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation, Vedic Philosophy, the Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Her teaching brings together contemporary movement and biomechanics with the ancient wisdom of the yogic traditions, creating experiences that are both grounded and spacious.
At the heart of Simone’s teaching is a simple intention: to create a safe and welcoming space where people can reconnect with their own inner wholeness, so they can move through life with greater clarity, ease and presence.
Her workshops and retreats weave together yoga, meditation, breath, Ayurveda, cacao, sound, ritual, nature and connection — always with an emphasis on slowing down, turning inward and remembering what is already whole within us.

ABOUT ANATMAN
Anatman (Gonzalo) is a sound artist, music producer, audio engineer, yogi and artisan from Argentina.
His relationship with sound has grown through more than two decades in music, alongside a long-standing personal practice of meditation and Buddhist philosophy.
For this experience, Gonzalo brings together electronic soundscapes, personally recorded nature sounds and live traditional instruments — including instruments he crafts himself through his instrument-making practice, Samadhi Instruments.
His work invites us to experience sound not simply as something to hear, but as a space to inhabit.
