Vinyasa flow is a style of yoga that uses the breath to flow from one pose to the next. It’s a popular, modern form of yoga that helps strip away layers and release limiting patterns to reveal the inner light of pure consciousness and love.
Each Vinyasa Flow class with Simone blends modern movement science with Eastern yogic practices such as pranayama (breath work), meditation, mantra and Vedic philosophy, it’s more than just asana (poses) that you get in this class that will lead you back to the wholeness within.
Come and connect to your centre and watch the beauty in your life unfold.
This class is a gentle Vinyasa Flow class and suitable for all levels, including beginners, with plenty of modfications and support to meet you were you are at.
You are invited to Bring-a-Friend for free on the last Friday of each month – they must be new to Yoga Spirit to access this offer.

Please book in advance. Classes are open to all levels. Modifications, props and gentle hands-on assisting will be given to meet you where you’re at when in studio. Yin Yoga classes are suitable for pregnancy. Please pre-book your class by contacting Simone. Upon arrival, enter through the first door on your left as you walk down the driveway. You are welcome to park off the road down the bottom of the drive so the entry will be your last door on the right as you walk up the driveway. Look for the Yoga Spirit signage to guide you. Doors will 5-10 minutes before class. All equipment is provided. BYO mat is recommended. No mobile phones on and please respect your fellow yogi's by keeping noise to a minimum. Pre-pay cash or internet banking only.
